How far ahead should we book a senior move?
Book as soon as you have a move-in date from the new home or community. Senior living communities often set the date for you, so the earlier we have it, the easier it is to lock in.
Can you move only part of a home?
Yes. Many senior moves take only the furniture and boxes that fit the new space. We can move the rest to storage, to a family member’s home, or haul it away.
Will you set up the bed and furniture at the new home?
Yes. We place furniture where you want it. Setting up the bed first means the resident has a place to rest the first night
What if we are not sure what to keep?
Put undecided items in storage. It gives the family time to sort later without holding up the move.
Do you work with senior living communities' move-in rules?
Yes. Send us the community’s move-in rules with your estimate request and we plan the move around the loading times and elevator reservations they set.
Can family members book and pay for the move?
Yes. Adult children often plan senior moves from out of town. You can request the estimate, confirm details, and pay on the resident’s behalf. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Zelle. Third-party financing is also available.
Can you split items between several homes?
Yes. Tell us before the estimate if items are going to more than one family member. We load in an order that makes more than one drop-off simple.
